Terms and Conditions

1. The Services

We provide software as a service: Lumo, an AI sales assistant for WhatsApp; Think SMS, an SMS marketing platform; and EasyVat, a VAT invoicing tool. Features may change over time as we improve the Services. A product may have additional terms, which apply together with these.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Plans, payment and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you buy and are in Sri Lankan rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added where required. If a payment fails, we may limit or suspend paid features until it is settled. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you or who have opted out;
• send content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive or that infringes others’ rights;
• break the rules of connected platforms and networks, such as WhatsApp’s business policies or SMS network requirements;
• attempt to access other accounts or data, disrupt the Services, or get around usage limits;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the Services except where the law allows.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

5. Your data and your customers

You own the content you add to the Services, and you give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the right to use it, including your customers’ consent to receive messages and to have their data processed. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. AI features and your responsibilities

AI features can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it, including replies sent to your customers, orders placed through Lumo and data read from receipts. EasyVat helps you prepare invoices; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and tax filings, and for meeting your obligations to the tax authorities.

7. Third-party services

The Services connect to third-party services such as messaging networks, WhatsApp, online store platforms and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and brands, belong to Strontium Innovations or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, which we will try to schedule to minimise disruption.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Services or other users at risk, giving notice where reasonable. After closure, you can ask for an export of your content within 30 days, after which we may delete it, subject to our legal obligations.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and losses arising from your content, your messages to your customers, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date and tell account holders about significant changes in advance. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
